About Kiki
Kiki loves learning. She reads instructions, books, signs — even the small print. If there’s an answer somewhere, Kiki will find it, and she usually knows the right one before anyone else.
Her only problem? She tends to tell everyone, immediately. Kiki leads the Literacy Root, where every letter, sound and story is an adventure waiting to be read.

How Kiki helps your child grow
Letters, sounds, words and storybook confidence — the foundations of reading and writing.
Phonics & letter sounds
Letter–sound links taught in proven synthetic-phonics (SATPIN) order — s, a, t, p, i, n first — so children can blend and read real words from the very first lessons, not rote A-B-C.
Letter recognition & formation
Recognising and forming upper- and lower-case letters, matching the two, and learning alphabet order.
Vocabulary & oral language
Listening, speaking, storytelling and new words — the spoken foundation that makes reading make sense.
Reading readiness
Print concepts, high-frequency “sight” words (the, I, a, is) and building toward reading simple sentences.
Aligned to the Australian Curriculum: English and the EYLF.
